Texture of sound

This is a really great look at onkyo, a new genre of electronic in which sound texture is more important than sound structure. No melody, few harmonics, mostly just pure sound. This particular style of onkyo is called “no-input” because it is created by plugging electronic musical gizmos like samplers and mixers back into themselves, creating a closed, reverberating electronic feedback circuit.
If you like minimal or glitch electronic, also check out Alva Noto.
